For your safety and ours, to minimize the risk of COVID-19 contamination, the following procedures have been put in place: -All transactions are by credit card only, to eliminate the hand to hand transfer of cash or checks. -When a winning bidder is emailed their receipts, you will be given a link to make an appointment via appointlet. We will gather all your purchases in one area before you get there, reducing your need to gather items from various locations. Buyers will need to load their own goods, or we will load for you while you wait in your vehicle. If you are unable to pick up your items, we ask you to make arrangements for someone else to pick up, or refrain from bidding, as all items must be cleared out immediately to make room for our next auction. We appreciate your patience as we all try to navigate through this difficult time.

Because of this, we have strict rules in place for payment and removal. For your safety and ours we kindly ask that you follow our instructions. Do NOT get out of your vehicle if you see someone in the removal zone! No excuses! Double or triple check your removal times. In the event you show up at the wrong time or day for that matter, you will be turned away; again for your safety, ours and that of others! YOU are REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AS WELL, NO EXCUSES!
