By completing this “Sign-Up” form you agree to our Terms of Sale (https://www.cashauction.com/policy-terms) for each auction as well as the following Terms & Conditions:
1.Payment Terms- Once this form has been completed it will take 2-3 business days for us to process your enrollment. Once your subscription has been processed, you will be charged for the agreed upon amount above; Billing is recurring, and your subscription will be automatically charged each period. Monthly- By selecting this plan, your card on file will be automatically charged $10 + tax each month. Your subscription will be valid for 1-Month following the charge date. New monthly subscribers will also receive a free gift (current promotion). Yearly- By Selecting this plan, your card on file will be automatically charged $100 + tax for the first year. Your subscription will be valid for 1-Year following the charge date. Pricing for all plans are subject to change at any time based on current promotion(s). If at any point during Recurring Billing the payment is declined, we will make ONE attempt to contact you for an updated payment method. After this attempt has been made, your subscription will be terminated if we have not received full payment. We do NOT offer refunds or credits for subscriptions that have already been billed.
2.Subscription Services- The Membership entitles you to the following perks (subject to change):
Free Preview- Preview is ordinarily charged at a rate of $10 for 15 minutes of inspection time PER auction. This fee will be waived (preview is available by appointment for in-house auctions only).
Free Loading- Loading Assistance is ordinarily charged at a rate of $10 per team member (auction staff) that is required to help. This fee will be waived for any on-site auction removal/pick up.
Free Late Pick Up- Late Pick Up (up to 1 week from the advertised removal date) is ordinarily charged at a rate of $25.00 per auction. This fee will be waived for any in-house auctions.
Free Disposal- Garbage/Lots left behind during removal is ordinarily charged at a rate of $5 per item. This fee will be waived for any auction removal/pick up.
Automatic Registration- Members receive a Permanent Bidder Number for all auctions and will not be required to register for public auctions (private auctions will require registration and manual approval, see below).
Monthly Prize Drawing- Each month we will conduct a random giveaway to 1 member (random drawing on the 4th Wednesday of each month). Item(s) will be located at our facility (210 Sawyer Ave.) and the winner will be notified via email/phone. An appointment must be made to pick up the giveaway.
Seasonal Private Auctions- These will be smaller Online Auctions conducted 4 times each year for members ONLY. You will be required to register and be approved for these auctions, so we highly recommend registering early to ensure bidding privileges!
3.Termination of Subscription- Memberships are recurring and will be automatically charged as described above. Subscriptions will be terminated if payment has not been received or if you (the member) have requested cancellation. A member can only cancel their subscription by submitting a request via phone or email (716-282-8466 or firstname.lastname@example.org)- Please include your Full Name, Billing Address, & last 4 digits of the card on file so that we may verify and approve the cancellation. We will reach out if any information is needed to verify the identification of the subscription in question. Once a member has successfully cancelled, their subscription will no longer renew, and recurring billing will cease; all services and perks will become unavailable at the end of your payment term- 1 Month after final charge date if on a Monthly Plan and 1 Year after final charge date if on a Yearly Plan. We do NOT offer refunds or credits for subscriptions that have already been billed. All members must also abide by the Terms of Sale for each auction- failure to do so will result in restriction of bidding privileges and termination of membership.
